Territorial Acknowledgement:  We respectfully acknowledge that our practice is on the stolen lands of the Coast Salish Lkwungen and WSÁNEĆ peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day. We humbly acknowledge the roles that Social Workers have historically played in the European colonization of the country we now call Canada. We pledge to be allies to all those impacted by European colonization and to walk softy in our practice as we respect and engage in the process of reconciliation and hope to be active healers, as allowed.
